Shipping Policy
At Cranlan Engraving Services we aim to process all orders within 3 business days and offer standard delivery for UK within 1 - 3 working days. Please contact us if you would like us to organise quicker delivery options and we will try to accommodate your requirements as we aim to provide an excellent level of customer service experience.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Cranlan Engraving Services and Gifts we sell personalised products we do not offer refunds unless the part arrives damaged. If you find your order has arrived damaged, has missing or faulty products, or have any other related queries with an order, please don’t hesitate to contact us via info@cranlanengraving.co.uk with your order number as the subject/reference. Replacement goods can only be processed once the damaged items are returned to us and we approve a replacement.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
